We're a fully mobile neuro physiotherapy practice, providing long-term rehab where daily life happens. Every session is delivered one-on-one by Simon Grech, a physiotherapist with 16+ years' experience and postgraduate qualifications, at home, in the gym, in the hydrotherapy pool, at work or in the community.

How to refer
- Send a referral through the online form, by email or by phone.
- Include client details and suburb, funding type and plan or approval dates, reason for referral and goals, diagnosis and any relevant reports, and other team members.
- We call back within one business day to confirm fit, funding and the first visit.
