Common questions
Not sure if we're the right fit? Call 0450 292 149 for a free chat.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Not for most funding types. NDIS, ICWA, WorkCover, private health and self-funded clients can contact us directly. Medicare-rebated sessions need a GP Chronic Disease Management plan.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Perth metro, north, south, east and the hills, plus the Peel region. We come to your home, gym, pool or local community.
How is it funded?
We work with the NDIS (agency, plan and self-managed), ICWA, WorkCover WA, Support at Home, DVA, Medicare and most private health funds. Call us and we'll help you work out what applies.
What happens at the first visit?
We assess your movement, strength, balance and home set-up, talk through your goals, and agree on a plan. You'll leave with something practical to start on straight away.
Who will I see?
Simon, every time. No handovers and no rotating therapists, so your plan stays consistent.
Do you have a clinic?
No. We're fully mobile, so every session happens at your home, gym, hydrotherapy pool, workplace or out in the community.
Do you treat orthopaedic and post-surgical patients too?
Yes. Alongside neuro rehab we treat hip and knee replacements, fractures, shoulder and spinal surgery, back and neck pain, and workplace and motor vehicle injuries.
Do you write NDIS and insurer reports?
Yes. We write functional assessments, progress and plan review reports, manual handling plans, and reports for ICWA and WorkCover WA.
How much does it cost?
NDIS sessions are charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. For other funding types, call us for current fees and any rebates you may be able to claim.
What should I have ready for the first visit?
Any reports or hospital discharge summaries, a list of your medications, your funding details, and any walking aids or equipment you use.
Can you work with my other therapists?
Yes. We regularly work alongside OTs, support coordinators, case managers, surgeons and GPs, and send clear reports to your team and funder.
